Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card to get her degree from college. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her result. It's not surprising that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel likes working out her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
